I am glad you’re here.

I came to this work through my own journey of personal and professional growth.

Growing up, I experienced love and connection—but also unspoken grief and trauma. Emotions were often intense or quietly pushed aside, and I learned early to notice what wasn’t being said. Those early experiences—both joyful and painful—shaped the path I walk today.

That curiosity led me to psychology and the study of the unconscious, and to a lifelong passion for helping people understand themselves more deeply.

My work is client-centered, tailoring sessions to your unique needs. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where healing, growth, and self-understanding can unfold.

My Background

For more than 27 years, I have worked in private practice, supporting individuals, couples, and families in understanding the roots of their emotional challenges and creating meaningful and lasting change.

My approach is collaborative, solution-focused, and grounded in compassion. I draw from a range of clinically informed therapeutic perspectives to help clients enhance self awareness, build on their strengths, and achieve personal growth and healing.

At the heart of my work is a belief that curiosity, empathy and honesty create a space where transformation is possible.

  • I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. During my training, I worked at Cedars-Sinai’s Thalians Mental Health Center, The Julia Ann Singer Center, and The Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills, supporting children, families, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, learning differences, and life transitions. I also have done extensive training in the area of perinatal mental health.

In addition to my formal education, I am a Certified Grief Educator and a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, bringing a diverse set of tools to support healing, growth, and overall well-being.

Alongside my clinical training, I also hold space for clients who wish to explore the emotional, intuitive, or spiritual dimensions of their experiences, integrating these aspects in a grounded and thoughtful way when it feels supportive to their healing.

It is possible to experience freedom from what is holding you back.

Perhaps you have read the books, listened to advice from well-meaning loved ones, and tried to make changes on your own, yet still feel uncertain about how to move forward.

Sometimes a new perspective can help illuminate what feels stuck. The human spirit is immensely resilient. At our core we often know what we truly need, but the complexities of life can make that knowing difficult to access.

Therapy offers an opportunity to explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity and compassion so that you can move toward choices that reflect your deeper values.
